world (again) that she's pregnant in a sexy satin camisole - with a peekaboo
lace panel over her tum.
The mum-to-be, who is expecting her
first child with rapper boyfriend Kanye West in July, showed off her growing
baby bump while out in Beverly Hills.
Kim, 32, teamed the bizarre top with
navy skinny jeans and a smart blue blazer.

with her style choices during pregnancy.
Refusing to be seen in maternity
