Chelsea crack down on kids as Roman demands improvement from club's academy

Roman Abramovich is demanding massive improvements at Chelsea’s academy after a major crackdown on discipline.
Sports Mirror   reveal that the club’s billionaire owner wants a production line of homegrown players in his match day squad to succeed his ageing first team stars.
Established first team players, including Captain John Terry and Frank Lampard – signed from West Ham in 2001 – are still regarded as the heart and soul of the club.
