The 2013 computer point T20 tournament came to a
climax yesterday as the women and men finals were held.
White clouds CC maintained their unbeaten streak in
the tournament as they clinched Queens of victory CC in the finals
yesterday. In the first innings QVCC
scored 116 all out and WCCC chased it down losing only 3 wickets. WCCC star
player Iriho Veronique was the woman of match after hitting 41 runs and getting
4 wickets.
Challengers CC kept their winning ways after beating
Telugu CC in the computer point T20 final. Challenger’s bowlers were on top of
Telugu batsmen after they restricted them to a low score of only 143 runs. It
was an easy win for us said Subashis Samal who hit 41 runs and got 1 wicket and
later became the man of match.
The closing ceremony was graced by the Managing
director of Computer Point Mr. Binu Thomas who thanked RCA for organizing such
a wonderful event and he promised to continue sponsoring the tournament next
year.
